Договір публічної оферти Public Offer (Agreement)

4.1. Валюта розрахунків: Усі статутні внески (вступні, членські, цільові) від резидентів України здійснюються у національній валюті України — гривні.

4.2. Види внесків:

• Вступні та членські: для забезпечення поточної діяльності АКУ.
• Цільові: для реалізації конкретних програм (реєстрація в Племінній книзі, організація кінних заходів, семінарів тощо).
• Благодійна безповоротна допомога: добровільні пожертви на статутну мету чи затверджену Програму.

4.3. Міжнародні внески та пожертви: Спілка має право приймати добровільні пожертви та благодійні внески від нерезидентів (іноземних фізичних та юридичних осіб) в іноземній валюті (USD, EUR тощо) на спеціально відкриті валютні рахунки Спілки відповідно до чинного законодавства України та нормативів НБУ.

4.4. Конвертація: При здійсненні внеску через платіжні системи Сайту за допомогою іноземних платіжних карток, конвертація валюти здійснюється автоматично за курсом банку-еквайєра та/або платіжної системи на момент транзакції.

4.5. Статус неприбутковості: Відповідно до п. 6.3 Статуту АКУ, усі отримані кошти (включаючи валютні надходження) визнаються як безповоротна фінансова допомога або добровільні пожертви. Вони використовуються виключно для фінансування видатків на утримання Спілки, реалізацію її статутної мети (цілей) та напрямів діяльності, і не можуть бути розподілені між засновниками або членами.

4.6. Комісії: Витрати на банківську комісію за перерахування коштів та конвертацію валют покладаються на Платника, якщо інше не передбачено правилами платіжної системи.

4.7. Цільове призначення: Відповідно до п. 6.3 Статуту, усі кошти використовуються виключно на виконання статутних завдань та утримання Спілки.

4.8. Повернення: Сплачені внески не повертаються, оскільки вони спрямовуються на виконання неприбуткової діяльності Спілки.

4.1. Currency of Payments: All statutory contributions (entrance, membership, and target fees) from residents of Ukraine shall be made in the national currency of Ukraine — Hryvnia (UAH).

4.2. Types of Contributions:

• Entrance and Membership Fees: for the support and operational activities of the UHBA.
• Target Fees: for the implementation of specific programs (registration in the Studbook, organization of equine events, seminars, etc.).
• Charitable Irrevocable Assistance: voluntary donations for statutory goals or approved Programs.

4.3. International Contributions and Donations: The Association has the right to accept voluntary donations and charitable contributions from non-residents (foreign individuals and legal entities) in foreign currency (USD, EUR, etc.) to the Association’s designated foreign currency bank accounts in accordance with the effective legislation of Ukraine and National Bank of Ukraine regulations.

4.4. Currency Conversion: When making a contribution through the Website’s payment systems using foreign payment cards, currency conversion is performed automatically at the exchange rate of the acquiring bank and/or the payment system at the time of the transaction.

4.5. Non-profit Status: In accordance with Clause 6.3 of the UHBA Statutes, all funds received (including foreign currency inflows) are recognized as irrevocable financial assistance or voluntary donations. These funds are used exclusively to finance the maintenance costs of the Association and the implementation of its statutory goals and activities. Such funds shall not be distributed among the founders or members of the Association.

4.6. Fees and Commissions: Costs related to bank commissions for funds transfer and currency conversion shall be borne by the Payer, unless otherwise provided by the rules of the payment system.

4.7. Purpose of Funds: According to Clause 6.3 of the Statutes, all funds are used exclusively for the performance of statutory tasks and the maintenance of the Association.

4.8. Refunds: Paid contributions are non-refundable as they are directed toward the non-profit activities of the Association.

5.1. Інформація, подана через онлайн-форми (кличка, походження, дані власника), підлягає обов’язковій верифікації Племінним комітетом.

5.2. Користувач гарантує автентичність документів. У разі виявлення недостовірності, Спілка має право анулювати реєстраційні документи (паспорта) та призупинити членство.

5.1. Information submitted through online forms (name, pedigree, owner details) is subject to mandatory verification by the Breeding Committee.

5.2. The User guarantees the authenticity of the documents. In case of any discovered inaccuracy or misrepresentation, the Association reserves the right to cancel registration documents (passports) and suspend membership.

6.1. Увесь контент Сайту, включаючи бази даних Племінної книги, методичні матеріали та символіку (логотип, емблема АКУ), є виключною власністю Спілки.

6.2. Використання матеріалів Сайту без письмового дозволу АКУ заборонено.

6.1. All Website content, including Studbook databases, instructional materials, and branding (logo, UHBA emblem), is the exclusive property of the Association.

6.2. Use of any Website materials without the prior written consent of the UHBA is strictly prohibited.

7.1. Спілка не несе відповідальності за зобов’язаннями своїх членів.

7.2. АКУ докладає зусиль для безперебійної роботи онлайн-реєстрів, проте не гарантує відсутність технічних помилок або тимчасових переривань доступу.

7.3. Спілка не несе відповідальності за зміст зовнішніх ресурсів, посилання на які розміщені на Сайті.

7.1. The Association shall not be liable for the obligations of its members.

7.2. The UHBA makes every effort to ensure the uninterrupted operation of online registries; however, it does not guarantee the absence of technical errors or temporary interruptions in access.

7.3. The Association shall not be held responsible for the content of external resources, links to which may be provided on the Website.

8.1. Акцептуючи Оферту, Користувач надає згоду на обробку персональних даних для ведення Реєстру членів, забезпечення племінного обліку та податкової звітності.

8.1. By accepting the Offer, the User consents to the processing of personal data for the purposes of maintaining the Register of Members, ensuring breeding records, and tax reporting.
