Мета діяльності Goal of Activity
Згідно з Положенням, робоча група є тимчасовим консультативно-дорадчим органом, утвореним з метою розгляду питань, пов’язаних із розвитком галузі конярства.
According to the Regulations, the working group is a temporary consultative and advisory body established to consider issues related to the development of the horse breeding industry.
Основні завдання: Key Tasks:
- Підготовка пропозицій щодо формування державної політики у сфері тваринництва (галузь конярство). Preparation of proposals for the formation of state policy in the field of animal husbandry (horse breeding).
- Визначення шляхів, механізмів та способів вирішення проблемних питань галузі. Identifying ways, mechanisms, and methods for solving problematic issues in the industry.
- Аналіз стану справ та причин виникнення проблем у процесі реалізації державної політики. Analysis of the state of affairs and reasons for problems in the process of implementing state policy.
Єдиний офіційний шлях комунікації з державою для реформування галузі. The only official communication channel with the state for industry reform.
Робоча група є ключовим інструментом для внесення змін до нормативно-правових актів у сфері конярства. The Working Group is the key instrument for introducing changes to regulatory acts in the horse breeding sector.
Періодичність засідань: Meeting Frequency:
Не рідше ніж один раз на шість місяців. At least once every six months.

Державна цільова економічна програма розвитку тваринництва на період до 2033 року. State Targeted Economic Program for the Development of Livestock Breeding for the Period Until 2033.
Програма передбачає масштабні зміни та підтримку у всіх секторах тваринництва, включно з розвитком племінної справи, модернізацією виробництва, цифровізацією, покращенням умов утримання тварин, біобезпекою та екологічними рішеннями. The program provides for large-scale changes and support in all sectors of livestock production, including the development of breeding, modernization of production, digitalization, improvement of animal housing conditions, biosecurity, and environmental solutions.
ПОЛОЖЕННЯ з проведення апробації селекційних досягнень у тваринництві The REGULATIONS on the testing of breeding achievements in animal husbandry
Внесені зміни до вимог щодо мінімальної чисельності коней у базових господарствах для визнання нових порід. Відтепер для проходження апробації селекційного досягнення необхідно мати щонайменше 10 жеребців та 50 кобил. Amendments to the minimum horse population requirements for breeding farms to recognize new breeds. To qualify for the official testing of a new breeding achievement, a minimum of 10 stallions and 50 mares is now required.
